The Total Approach

As a qualified clinical hypnotherapist and therapeutic masseur in private practice for more than 15 years, Paul has found that a total mind/body approach works much more effectively with most problems and conditions.

Achieving a state of deep mental relaxation is much easier when the
body is relaxed and free of stress. And while physical problems such as backaches, headaches, tension and sore muscles can be alleviated through massage, this will not fix the underlying problems such as stress, poor posture, poor sleep, smoking, bad eating habits and other factors contributing to these symptoms.

Without fixing these
underlying problems, the symptoms will simply reoccur, setting off a cycle of pain followed by relief through natural methods such as massage or acupuncture, or pain relieving drugs.

However, with a
total approach of hypnotherapy and massage, you can break out of this cycle.

Hypnotherapy has been successfully used to manage stress, overcome poor sleeping, eliminate bad habits such as smoking or poor posture, lose weight, improve confidence, enhance sports performance, overcome anxiety and improve concentration among other things.
